Jonathan Millis is a litigation attorney with expertise in corporate and commercial litigation, representing clients in complex business disputes. He has experience handling matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation, as well as shareholder disputes.
Jonathan also has experience representing insurance carriers in complex commercial and residential property damage litigation.
Jonathan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson, J.S.C. (ret), for the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he assisted Judge Johnson with matters involving mass torts and pharmaceutical litigation.
