Jennifer HannaJennifer has worked in various roles across many areas of civil litigation for over 20 years. Her wide breadth of experience enables her to see cases from a multitude of angles, and she uses that knowledge to quickly find outside-the-box, cost-effective solutions to complex issues. As a practicing attorney, Jennifer has zealously advocated on behalf of companies and individuals in both State and Federal Court.

Prior to joining Esbrook P.C., Jennifer worked for a nationally recognized Plaintiff’s firm on class action, mass arbitration, and mass tort MDL cases involving employment, privacy, consumer fraud, antitrust, and product liability claims. Having joined that firm soon after opening its doors, Jennifer had the unique opportunity to assist with developing the client-facing side of the organization by creating policies, procedures, protocol, and messaging geared toward client servicing and risk management. She provided legal guidance and support to the firm’s client services and marketing departments, and both assembled and managed a team of attorneys who were responsible for client vetting, case management, and client servicing as well. Before trying her hand on the Plaintiff side, Jennifer was a professional liability defense attorney who represented both doctors and lawyers. She also represented financial services companies in FDCPA actions.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Illinois – College of Law, where she was the captain of her trial team and President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity’s Magruder Chapter. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago, with a major in Biological Psychology and a minor in Biology. At Loyola, Jennifer was inducted into the Psi Chi National Honor Society and was a recipient of both the Loyola University Damen Scholarship and the Businesswomen’s Association of America Scholarship.

Passionately dedicated to the client experience, Jennifer believes in treating each client with integrity, transparency, and respect. She takes her role as advocate very seriously and is an attorney who genuinely cares about protecting her clients’ best interests.
