He has extensive experience handling matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including fiduciary duty claims, shareholder disputes, and contract enforcement cases. Jared regularly serves as Delaware counsel, advising out-of-state attorneys on the intricacies of Delaware law and litigation strategy.
