Matthew has represented clients in variety of litigation disputes, including commercial contracts, business torts, employment discrimination, and claims under state and federal environmental laws. He has practiced before state and federal courts and agencies and at the trial and appellate levels. As a fluent French speaker, he has helped French entities and individuals protect their United States-based interests. He has also counseled clients on regulatory and reputational risks related to the environment.
Clients turn to Matthew for his experience investigating facts, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and planning for trial themes.
Prior to law school, Matthew worked in fundraising and development. He has used that experience to help his clients understand how numbers tell a compelling story.
