Colleen is a litigation associate with Esbrook P.C., where she represents businesses and individuals in complex business disputes in state and federal courts around the country.
Colleen has jury trial and first-chair deposition experience. Her broad experience with complex commercial litigation includes products liability, antitrust, breach of contract, employment, trade secret misappropriation, and tortious interference, among other business torts and disputes.
Prior to joining Esbrook P.C., Colleen refined her litigation skills at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP.
