Daniel is a litigator with extensive experience managing and executing a broad-based litigation practice, including complex commercial litigation, securities, arbitration, and bankruptcy matters. He has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions, leading critical discovery and trial preparation tasks such as drafting dispositive motions, conducting depositions, and managing multi-district litigation settlement efforts.
Daniel works collaboratively to facilitate strategic litigation goals for his clients, and he has maintained a robust pro bono practice focused on immigration, civil rights, and disability access.
Daniel joined Esbrook P.C. in August 2026 after five years Latham & Watkins LLP.
