Maria represents debtors, creditor committees, and individual creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in out-of-court restructurings and commercial lending transactions, including loan restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.

Maria has played a role in a broad range of bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and across the country, advising a diverse set of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, official committees, liquidating trustees, landlords and tenants, equipment lessors, asset purchasers, and parties involved in avoidance actions. In addition to her restructuring and bankruptcy practice, she also offers a wide range of business, corporate, and finance services.
