Bill is a litigator who represents individuals and entities in a variety of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and private arbitration involving contracts, insurance recovery, breach of fiduciary duty, torts, real estate, and shareholder litigation. Bill has successfully represented clients at all levels of state and federal courts, including the Illinois Appellate Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Bill works to understand each client’s goals before, during, and after litigation so he can take proactive steps to solve problems and secure the best outcome for each client.
Bill joined Esbrook P.C. after four years at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
