Ginger is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience across large law firms, boutique practices, and in-house legal departments. As Chief Operating Officer, she partners with firm leadership to support the firm’s continued growth, strengthen its operations, and create the foundation for long-term success.
Having spent her career in the legal profession, Ginger’s experience spans legal operations, commercial contracting, procurement, and strategic planning, partnering closely with attorneys and business leaders to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
Ginger takes a collaborative, practical approach to leadership. She believes the strongest organizations are built by listening to the people closest to the work, understanding what is already working well, and identifying opportunities to make the business more efficient, sustainable, and successful.
Ginger joined Esbrook P.C. in October 2026 after 11 years as an attorney at Jenner & Block LLP.
