Casimir Szustak is a litigation attorney with expertise representing clients in high-stakes class and derivative actions in the Delaware Court of Chancery and federal courts. He has experience handling complex, multi-part matters, including corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation.

Casimir played a key role representing the lead plaintiff in In re Dell Class V Stockholders Litigation, which challenged the acquisition of Dell’s Class V tracking stock. Currently, the $1 billion recovery in Dell is the largest shareholder settlement in U.S. state court history.

Casimir joined Esbrook P.C. in November 2025 from Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A.
