Michael is an experienced attorney focused on business-oriented solutions for diverse clientele. As a skilled litigator, he manages commercial claims surrounding in business, employment, and contract disputes, securities litigation, and personal injury/product liability matters. Michael is well-versed in multi-district litigations, class actions, and individual disputes, and he has served as trial counsel in both state and federal courts.
Michael understands and appreciates his client’s goals and objectives, and he enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advise and resolve legal disputes.
Prior to his legal career, Michael proudly served as a Sergeant in the United States Marines Corps, where he gained invaluable leadership experience as a squad leader for an infantry platoon during a combat deployment in Iraq. He is continuously recognized as a leader with reliable judgment, and those skills are the pillar of Michael’s professional success.
