  • Defended metals and mining company in $2 billion action brought by competitor alleging antitrust violations and tortious interference claims.
  • Obtained voluntary dismissal of fraudulent transfer claims against family-owned company.

  • Successfully defended global paint industry client against products liability actions related to lead paint.
