Jeffery is an experienced trial attorney who began his career at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he started by handling felony convictions on appeal, and then prosecuting cases involving abused and/or neglected children.

After leaving his role as a criminal prosecutor, he joined a prominent Chicago based litigation boutique firm where he focused on commercial litigation matters throughout the United States; and then, prior to joining Esbrook P.C., he worked for 14 years and was elected to the rank of partner, at the prestigious firm Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim, Ltd. It was there that Jeffery further honed his litigation skills, acting as lead trial counsel in a wide range of claims (in both state and federal courts) including: general contract litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, fraud, product liability, patent infringement, legal malpractice, civil rights cases and real estate litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jeffery serves as an offsite General Counsel to a number of companies both large and small.

Jeffery lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife Heather, their two children, and their two dogs.
