Bryant is a litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex business disputes in state and federal courts around the country.
Bryant has broad complex commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement experience handling matters in a variety of disciplines, including products liability, restructuring litigation, commercial disputes, class actions, white collar, government compliance, and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Esbrook P.C., Bryant worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.

- Defended lessees in breach of lease agreements for commercial property.
- Asserted claims for breach of contract and wrongful termination of long-term supply contract.

- In re 3M Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2885): Defended manufacturer and distributor against product liability claims relating to the use of Combat Arms earplugs.
